DO7678 - Provider Onboarding On Final Step​

This development fixes issues preventing the invitation of the vendor process:

  1. Authorization errors.
  2. Incorrect vendor state preventing vendor onboarding

DO7122 - Deactivating a provider does not block login on portal​

Fixed an issue where deactivated or suspended providers could still sign in to the portal.

When a provider is deactivated, linked system users are also disabled. When the provider is reactivated, linked system users are reactivated.

DO6438 - Inconsistent integration user names in Case Timeline for Genesys and Road Angels integrations​

  • Fixed case timelines so new Genesys and Road Angels integration cases show the correct integration user name instead of a generic or incorrect user.

DO7818 - Improved Provider Assignment Cycle reliability​

We've implemented backend improvements to the Provider Assignment Cycle process to enhance system reliability and performance.

These changes help ensure vendor assignment activities are processed more consistently and reduce the likelihood of intermittent service disruptions caused by port exhaustion during periods of increased system activity.

No changes have been made to existing functionality or user workflows.
